Here's the finished product! My teammates at Texas PTA did a fabulous job creating an atmosphere of fun and collaboration.

Together with the signage, notebooks, planners and collateral I designed, our PTA leaders were well prepped for a weekend of learning and networking to sustain them throughout the schoolyear.

It was so fun to see this event come together in real life!

What's your vote? ☑️ Every time I design multiple options for a client, I always have a favorite and secretly hope they pick it. But honestly, I would have been happy if they picked any of these cute guys 😊

This was a fun one for Texas PTA's statewide leader training workshop — they wanted something fun and colorful, something that evokes games/winning but not sports or video games. They did a fantastic job bringing it to life. I'll share the photos soon!

🤓 Looking back at a door hanger I designed for the campaign of my friend and extremely talented school board president drgloriaggd. I first worked with her 13 years ago during my time at Leander ISD and the Leander ISD Educational Excellence Foundation (LEEF).

She's a real one 🌟 a tireless champion for her community ✊ and our outstanding #publicschools 🏫. So I was more than happy to team up again and support her (successful) re-election campaign.

Gloria is like many other unpaid, dedicated school board members throughout our great state. And while she isn't up for election this year, several in each of our communities are on the ballot this November. If you love public education like I do, figure out who your local education champions are and make your plan to volunteer/donate/vote for them Nov. 5 🗳

I don't anticipate me and my brothers fighting ove

I don't anticipate me and my brothers fighting over many family herilooms...but this photo we had beautifully framed by @framebridge, one for my mom and grandma each for Mother's Day, might be one.

I have such a vivid memory of a sleepover at my grandma's house the night before our big family Mother's Day brunch in the park circa 1990. She completely indulged and encouraged my effort to create an upcycled diy doll for my mom (read: it was a tower of used yogurt cups, green wax strawberry containers, scrap fabric and yarn, all dripping with glue). It was trash and fell apart immediately, but she was even more proud of it than I was.

My grandma's health has been a bit rough, so it was especially tender working on touching up this photo, removing our little photo bomber, and preserving it. After all, my creativity and the woman I've become I owe to them.

I wish I had done this so much earlier, but I finally upgraded the ram and ssd on my trusty @acer PC so I can actually have more than two Adobe programs downloaded at the same time 😅 And it was surprisingly easy! Installing the whole Creative suite just because I can...

I'm every woman, it's all in me 💪💅

I've been lucky to work with some ⭐️excellent⭐️ clients and companies over the years. But I take special note of those that build into their planning/capacity/budget things that break up the mundane and bring in a little fun. Shows they care about employee morale and retention 🙌
